    ok, so...

It's been an amazingly fun season in NM, given that La Niña was supposed to be cruel to us. So, hand up.

Had a great season. Me and my 10 year old son only missed 1 weekend since mid November. Had lots of extra days peppered through out, not to shabby considering ... Lots of progression and lots of great memories.

Scared the shit outta myself more times this season than I ever have, guess that means I'm progressing!! Despite the mediocre snow, this has been one of the best seasons of my life. I can ski way more in college than I could in high school!

I snapped one of my skis this past weekend, and fractured a rib last month. Aside from those two incidents, I've had fun this season

They lack of snow was honestly the least of my ski related problems. Had bootfitting issues all season long, which never did get resolved.

But this winter had it's moments. It was my first back on skis in three years, so I'll take whatever I can get and walk away smiling.

Still stoked for bike season though.
All I know is that I don't know nothin'... and that's fine.

Best year ever in Cordova. Skied things we have been looking at for years. had some great days with my son. His spring break was the culmination of a great winter. It all came together. Bomber snowpack, great weather and good partners. Watched my son reach a whole new level this year. Our friend Phil907 got some great shots.

    You be the judge:

It aint over yet - With the deep base we have currently there will be several months of corn to harvest.

Sweet cream cheese freshies today, a dayafter the storm.
The only sucky thing all year is we're gonna close next week with 12 feet of snow on the ground.

Terrific season! Lack of snow in Tahoe changed the terrain and kept things interesting. ...and besides, a shitty day on the snow beats a good day in a cubicle!
    I can't remember...

I had a great winter. Sure some of those sunny warm days had me pissed, wishing for "other" conditions. I storm-chased a few times, saw some areas I never would have ski'd, Monarch, Silverton, Steamboat and Eldora.
The drive south to Silverton and Ouray was unreal, hot springs, new skis, nice people. Cat skid with some great folks, managed to snag my share of fresh tracks and first chairs.

Had a day at Vail with an old friend on one of the better 2012 powdays, ran into some boomers and did laps in Mongolia till we almost pissed ourselves laughing.

Visited with some mags, avoided a few slides, ate some great food. Could have been alot worse.

Partys over now, ready for next season, already plotting!

Hands up. It's been an excellent season so far. Took two trips out west and it seemed to nuke snow as soon as my plane landed. Hit great mountains back east on powder days. Hell, I think this year may go down as the year I had the most pow days. Spring corn harvest is in full effect. To whoever invented stretch pants for women, THANK YOU!
