Silas killed it too, but I liked that Runcie double better personally

I'm pretty sure Runcie got ripped off. He flapped a little bit on the double but it was more impressive than anyone else's final air, plus his skiing style is really good and smooth.

    Runcie should've got 1st IMO.

Those factions have been retired I'm pretty sure. He said to me the other day his tech setup was his first new pair of skis ever and he was just stoked on having sharp edges! Laurent had the best run of the day I thought, but was way too far back to factor into the podium. Although I missed a couple runs when the feed cut out. Silas was overscored for sure, but perhaps still deserved the win based on his day 1 score. Runcie you killed it! 2nd favourite run of the day. Crossman and Collinson and Ahrens were all putting down runs that would have been the best of the day besides for their bobbles. Don't miss those conditions. Always fun to watch!

Just watched Silas's run, the kid is a great skier.... but so is everyone else that participated. Not that I'm complaining at all to see Mad and Ayers represent, it's just that judged sports are always a little weird to me. His run was very clean and fluid on the airs, but not exactly fast. I'm glad he is back on the slopes after spending some time sidelined after Ryan passed, and maybe the judges were as well. The beauty of the clock or the KO punch is the elimination of subjectivity and discussion afterwards. But the FWT kicks ass in getting these athletes to push their game and still make skiing look as fun as it is. I don't envy the judges for having to do their job here, those were all top notch runs.
.....I hope you know that this will go down on your permanent record
