Thread: Tentative FS/FT for other rockers: 188 Praxis Protest with Salomon S914 binders

Hey guys,
Ive got a pair of 188 Praxis Protests. wide, camber underfoot, rockered tip and tail. Bindings are Salomon S914. These have been the best skis I've ever had. They float like nobody's business and are also super stable and crush crud. Theyre very light for their size and the binders are light too. See my review. They're the read and black mountain ones.
Theyre just a tad big for me.
The Praxis are in good condition. No core shots, edges have some scratches but nothing too bad. I can send some pics if needed.
Im thinking $350 shipped, and trades for a nice pair of binders + cash would be nice.

I have a set of 193cm Nordica Unleashed Hells that are not getting any use. Currently mounted at -1cm with Large Dukes for a 326mm boot. These are essentially a lighter version of the Patron (113mm underfoot, 3mm camber with tip and tail rocker). Let me know if you are interested.

How about a pair of 09/10 191 lhasa's with rossi axial 120 bindings? 112 underfoot, mounted once for a 316 BSL. Skis are in good shape (~ 20 days, no structural damage to edges or base).

I'll probably be in Tahoe this weekend if you're interested in checking them out.

What BSL are the Protests mounted for?

I have 2010-2011 Night Trains in a 186 that I might want to trade if you are interested. Seems like they might fit the bill. They ski very short and more traditional (side-cut/ camber underfoot) if that is what you are looking for.
What bsl are your protests mounted?

The praxis are mounted right now for a 290. When I bought them they were mounted with the same bindings at about a 320. I could stick the binders in whatever holes you want.

How many days are on them? What yr? How many mounts?

I think they're 2010s, bout 30 days on them. They have been mounted once for dukes and I think twice for solly s914s, but maybe just once.
