Colorado BC Stoke....caught a bunch of Cutties in the 12 inch range. Could only fish for about 2 hours, but I know I could find some monsters in here. As always, caught, then released gently.

Been fishing quite a bit, just not posting much stoke, so here's the last few months in picture review.

May started out with some toothy critters.......musky were on the target list.

Spent some time chasing spring kings on Superior.....we never did find a Squatch

Weak winter followed by a very early and warm spring means the kings show up a month ahead of schedule

With the freezer stocked and June handing out some nice weather it's time to stick close to home again.
Local marina a few blocks from my house.

    Calm night on Superior......a rarity.

Weatherman called for a good forecast so 50 miles offshore we went to try for some bigger fish.

Tis a sockeye, my man. I don't have any more pics of that one, but here are some pics that my friend took of one that I caught.

    And here's some other stuff.

    And some from today.

God damn you 'Roos. I've gotta start working less and fishing more. I'm all like "shit, when I get a day off and fish XXX", then I'm like "take a break from office work and check TGR", then I'm like "shit, 'roos already went to XXX".

Inside TGR tip - want a "hows to snow up so and so or is the road open" report. Check the fishing fourm

Damn, this thread is kicking a particularly large amount of ass right now.

I need to figure out how to put these here "picture" things on that thar interweb thing and try to become slightly less of a derelict around here.

Fine work everyone. I have to say that some of these series look fully TR-worthy to me, particularly the sockeye sequence.

Hit up Big Spring last night, always amazed when big fish eat little flies off the surface. Third cast and there was an impressive boil as the black ant dissappeared.

Finished up the evening with this fiesty brookie, about 13" and fought well above his weight class, good times.
