All good info in here. As an owner and self-professed Moment lover of the 190s - get them if you haven't already.
As it's been discussed, I mix up my skiing with a set of Dynastar XXLs, which are similar ski to the Belafonte or Garbone in that they are stiff, charge and are pretty straight. Although the XXLs don't have any tip rocker.
Even still, the Bibbys are my favorite ski. Admittedly, I haven't put nearly as many days on them this year because we haven't received any big storms and so I've favored the XXLs for charging the busted up and chopped snow. Given the feedback here, I should probably be on them more.
But yah ... get the 190s.

Me: I'm a small guy, but still in the racing program. 5'9 150lbs
I had the bibby 184's and loved them in tight places, but they didn't open up like i wanted them to. Really loved these in tight/pillowy places, but when it got firmer or more open I wasn't very happy.
I swapped and got some 183 fat bros

just to play devil's advocate, do you need as much ski as the 190 bibby to ski EC? Is this your dedicated pow ski?

Buy the Bibbys. Since i killed one of my Tahoes in December the bibbys have been my daily driver. They kill it in just about everything but super hard pack, but you have other skis for that.

Jonser and everyone . . .
I was able to trade with another mag for my 190 Bibbys. I gave up my Prophet 115s to get the Bibbys, and I really liked that ski, so hopefully the Bibbys are what I hope they are.
Maybe I will get to ski some grass and soft bumps, or maybe Tuckermans, but that's the only experience I will get on the Bibbys until next year!"You don't want to run into me on the tram dock. I went to jail. I have an inclinometer, and a friend of a friend who's a lawyer. Why do you have to be such a hater? I was just trying to post some stoke." The Suit
"I demoed the Davenport 2 weeks ago, I really liked them a lot... the blue sidewalls and tip really looked great with my pants. I also tried the '11 MX98, they didn't look as good with my outfit. If you have blue pants or maybe some Lange race boots I recommend you check them out."

picked my up a pair of the classic 186's this summer I should have never sold them when I went to rep for a season. Great skis can't wait to ski them this season.
If ski companies didn't make new skis every year I wouldn't have to get new skis every year.
