Its awesome how you ask us what you should 'demand' when you go into the shop.

Someone comes into our shop and starts acting pissy and demanding things, they get the bare minimum done for them. Same person can come in and act civil and talk to us to work out a solution, they get free this and that, hookup on this over here, royal treatment, etc.

Just remember, the staff at ski and board shop are people too, and most of us don't make enough to deal with assholes who demand things instead of asking for them.

I didn't get it, and now I do. So maybe there is hope for me. But I still don't think it's funny.

If the OP was really the dude, he should be able to calmly explain to them what was wrong. Maybe drop a few f-bombs while in a robe and shorts, but I think throwing a temper tantrum is not a good move.
