Citizens United allows unlimited campaign contributions from corporations and PACs including multinationals that include foreign investors but yesterday the Supreme Court ruled that foreigners with visas allowing them to work legally in the United States cannot contribute to American political campaigns.
Whaaat? Multinational foreign campaign spending deserves greater First Amendment protection than legal temporary residents of America?

For the man with the toothless vertical mouth:
0) Austin v. Michigan Chamber of Commerce, a 1990 decision that upheld restrictions on corporate spending to support or oppose political candidates
1) McConnell v. Federal Election Commission, a 2003 decision that upheld the part of the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002 (McCain-Feingold) that restricted campaign spending by corporations and unions.
Put that next to your tampon.Merde De Glace
