Where to buy Marker "Demo" binding ?

Where can one buy a 2012 Jester with a demo plate ?
I can find regular plain-Jane & Schizos all over the place ( EVO, REI, UnTracked, etc ), but not the Demo's.
Are Demo's not generally available to the public ?

I'd prefer brand-new.
I have some new DPS 112RP Pures waiting to be mounted, and feel guilty putting a used binding on them. I have minty regular 2012 Jesters already, but I read too much about mount-point on the Wailers. So me being a certified JONG, a demo plate will also let me fool with mount point without swiss-cheesing the skis. Schizos let me do that too, but I'd prefer a Demo.
I know most of you would say " just mount the F'ers with my current Jesters and ski the damn things, JONG ! "
