Yeah the Cochise def. looks solid, but I got perfect Salomon feet and the fact that I'm working in a Salomon Brand Store makes quite a price difference... ;-) If unbiased, I would def. be skiing in a pair of Dalbellos...

It was my understanding that there were only 3 of those ever made/auctioned off...

That being said, I'd probably give a kidney to have 'da jesus' immortalized on my sticks.

Yep, you've got it. The two higher end Sherpa models (the two with tech fittings) have a second hinge point on the tongue, the purpose being to allow more forward flex while touring.

Dammit. They should have given away 3000 pairs like those K2 PBR skis.

I cannot emphasize enough that this is a ski that far exceeds expectations based on dimensions and other objective characteristics. I expected a one-trick-pony, and found something closer to a one-ski-quiver.

You might not see any Marker bindings with the EPF, including the Duke. The Duke's new hole pattern is outside ISO norms and can not be indemnified. ie: not shop can mount, adjust, or test the binding if this is true. Anybody else heard anything about this?

Baron is unchanged for next year, only the Duke gets wider.

Duke EPF is available in Germany and can be ordered mounted with skis.

Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?
