How are they printed? Silk screen? Iron-on? Dig the idea and the price either way. Solid effort.

To me this seems like a really dumb idea. Occupy chairlifts? Why support corporate greed at places like Stowe that are owned by those thieves at AIG and charge upwards of $90 for a lift ticket.
Occupy the Backcountry seems like the better shirt. Any chance you can't print some of those up?Magic Mountain Freeride Team...bringing your grom's game to the next level.

I get the idea, and actually like the design and the way the shirt looks. However, unlike wall street/zuccatti park, where you can protest for free, in order to get on a chair lift you have to pay. Stowe was the first place that came to mind as it was part of a discussion this weekend on a ski trip where one of the topics discussed were banks and corporate greed, thus the Stowe reference. There are many other resorts that fall into that category. And there is no personal agenda. I'm just saying in order to occupy chair lifts you have to pay for a lift ticket, and therefore showing support, not protesting.

So NJFree, you won't be riding any lifts this season?
No... wait... Fuck that. This isn't poly-asshat, bring the argument where it belongs and let this man sell his shirts.
After I find out how they're printed I'm gonna want to know how much extra it would cost to get some colors going...
I'm down.

You' re missing the point. It's about going out and doing something fun, and not sweating the small stuff. If anything I don't like these kind of messages because it trivializes a protest that is trying to deal with some serious issues. But i'm a bit of a political asshat. count me in for a "occupy the backcountry" shirt. they would sell like hot cakes out here in utahrdia, where bad people are trying to fuck with our bc

True but the vast majority of people wearing North Face seem to live in Chicago. That place is like a North Face emporium on a cool day. Not a mountain with a north or south face in sight and no way all those people are heading straight to the airport for a flight to SLC. I've got a Patagonia shirt that declares 'Live Simple'. I wear it around as I attend to life's complications and throw it on between shifts at my corporate employer.

It is verboten to mention another's wife, but ok to go to town on their mom.
I have no problem with that. And DBT is a fair target.

Love the shirt, but hate white t-shirts. Being a blue collar workin man, they immediately make me look like trailer trash straight from the gutter; not that their's anything wrong with gutter, trailer folk.
Any chance on other colors, or at least another color like black with white lettering?

Wow, I didn't expect to get so much intrest! First of all Thank you Splat, I appreciate your approval.
@Jaypowhound I silk screen print them myself. I do have other color inks
I apologize if I offended anyone, the phrase is open to interpretation. My friend came up with the idea and let me use it. I designed the image in Illustrator and ran with the concept. I am currently an unemployed Community College business student trying to make an honest buck.
I would love to make Occupy Backcountry shirts, I think it is a great Idea. I can work on it this week when I find time. @anyone interested - do you want the same logo (text/layout) with a different picture in the corner or should I change it all together?
Thanks for the feedback! - updating w/ NS link

I'd fork over the dough for an occupy the backcountry shirt. Hell, I'm tempted to fork it over for an occupy chairlift shirt. Solid execution my friend!

Both ideas are great for their independent reasons.... great discussion..... i am also in pending different base colour of the shirt.... black or anything else not white.
