Want to be Ski Tech Apprentice
I live in New Hampshire and I am trying to find a tech that would be willing to apprentice me I guess. I'm a Junior in high school and have done lot's of DIY work and couple successful free-hand mounts

Get a job in a ski shop, any job. Then work your way into the tech side while you earn.

I started by doing a co-op with my high school. I worked hard and was offered a Job. Having some "freehand" experience and waxing your own gear does not qualify you to work in a shop.

OK kid, let me help you out. Forget the whole ski tech thing. It will get you no where. Your better off finding a decent place to bus tables, then move on up to serving and nicer restaurants. Or really doing anything besides being a ski tech. Stick to just fixing your own gear. Seriously.

If you can make it out, most race companies have intern jobs at Mt. Hood demoing/tuning bitch. Its a foot in the door.
