So sad to hear this.
I met Jamie last year at the straightline camp. Super nice guy, with lots of good perspective on dropping cliffs, unsurprisingly. This is horrible to hear. Condolences to his family and friends.
From the article, it sounds like LCC is very sketchy right now. Be careful out there."Have you ever seen a monk get wildly fucked by a bunch of teenage girls?" "No" "Then forget the monastery."
"You ever hear of a little show called branded? Arthur Digby Sellers wrote 156 episodes. Not exactly a lightweight." Walter Sobcheck.
"I didn't have a grandfather on the board of some fancy college. Key word being was. Did he touch the Filipino exchange student? Did he not touch the Filipino exchange student? I don't know Brooke, I wasn't there."

Sitting here staring at the wall. Numb.
Hard to type how I'm feeling, but thank you D and G. I'll never forget watching Jamie as he ran around the yard with his kids and seeing Amee relaxing on the porch with a huge smile on her face. We lost a great man today.

This guy was one of the people that resonated for me. Goofy for sure but a guy that lived his life, fast. RIP duder, I will recount stories to those that don't even care about skiing. +++++
