We went to Snowmass. It was fun. Our favorites were Hanging Valley glades and AMF. They skied soft, but a little thin. Coming from Vail, it was fun to ski some steep terrain finally! I was proud watching our ten year olds ski the steeper stuff without hesitation. It's refreshing skiing at different mountains!

We did 3 days at Ajax and one at Highlands. Ajax skied really well and there were no gapers until Saturday which was nice!

I made a bet with another fellow skier and TGR member about a month ago that Trainor's would not open this season, I hope I lose

I had dinner with Art, assistant patrol director, Saturday night. He said "Trainors slid to the ground and we have to start all over."

We spoke a lot about getting things opened and skied as soon as possible, as demonstrated by our early season terrain availability and
Friday's openings of Rayburns, Cone and Bingo. Trainors will take a lot of work, but it will open!

We not only have a great patrol, but the whole ASC is really, all skiers.
I hope everyone appreciates, how good we really have it!

I was surprised to hear about bingo, and super stoked they got people onto it. I hate sounding like my friends in the marketing department, but all things considered, we're skiing really well.

I'm sure there will be some stills to come. It was one of the better days I've had in a long time.

Here is one of yesterdays shots of.. Jeremy Swanson shooting the shots (yet again).... Not sure when SkiCo will release the rest of the images, but I'm stoked to see some more of them as we had a very productive couple runs and got some absolutely ridiculous turns! The bowl was skiing very, very well, as were the trees near Kesslers etc...

That it was... then to have a closing day like that was amazing. Can't wait to do it all again next year.
