"GAH Freeride Ski Touring Camps
Submitted by Eric Hjorleifson on Tue, 09/13/2011 - 13:41
Golden Alpine Holiday (GAH) is hosting Freeride Ski Touring camps this December.
Test out my touring freeride set up: two lengths of 4FRNT Renegades and a pair of next years 187 HOJI's, with demo Dynafit Bindings matched up with progressive glue-less Gecko skins!"

We can't say much about it other than it's a new model we're releasing next year. It's not the EHP, but it'll take designs from the Renegade and EHP and puts a new take on them.
Hope that's vague enough!Rider driven since '02.

At the 4frnt demo day last year that evo put on, matt mentioned that there was a lighter ehp based ski with a touring focus that was going to be the next project since the 196 renegade was ready for sale. No idea about specifics though.

Wish I could go to the camp. Should be a good time. Might have to take a road trip.

This is very interesting! Very curious about weight.

Hmm... I like where this is going - definitely going to have to check out / consider the Hoji for my AT setup.

I think the EHP were at their best when they were 112 under foot, with the new Hoji and Renegade I don't really see the need for it.

4FRNT 2012/2013 HOJI Detail Sheet: The HOJI replaces the EHP in our signature collection. Eric Hjorleifson’s new improved pro-model. The HOJI has similar attributes to the Renegade but its dimensions have been scaled for more all around big mountain skiing.. It incorporates the full rocker camber like the Renegade but has a longer surface length and shorter turn radius.
Sizes:
179cm at 129/112/120
187cm at 130/112/121
195 cm at 133/112/125
