I may be a dumbass - mounting Pilot bindings flat

So I picked up some Crossmax 10s thinking I could mount the S914 bindings on some other skis. These are the style that have an adjustable toe and hex screws holding the plates to the skis. The guy had them listed as 08-09, so I was thinking they were 2nd gen. By the time I showed up and took a look, I believe they are 1st gen. I've included a picture below. I've searched and searched but haven't found anything solid. Has anyone had any luck mounting these flat? I can't figure out how you would mount the toe pieces.

can you unscrew the bindings, from the pilot plate? might need longer screws to re-mount them, but I think it is doeable. (I think I"ve done it)

those bindings will only ever mount to the original pilot skis. not even the 2nd generation pilot skis.

those are FOR SURE not 2nd gen, and FOR SURE not from 08/09. try 2003/2004.

    ^confirmed. You're screwed for a re-mount.

The toes can be unscrewed from the Driver center post and re-used. (Useful for someone with a busted Driver toe wing, for example.)
The heel unit can be removed from the tabbed heel track and re-used.
The brakes can also be re-used.

Thanks for all the insight guys.

I figured I was fucked and knew you guys would know. Think I'll try to resell them or hold onto for parts as skimax suggested.

SFB, no harm man. Looks like we have a few more weekends left with this freakishly warm weather. No worries on the sollies, not in a rush, just figured these would make a good backup set. I think you're on to something with the hood ornament haha.
