FS: Kastle LX92 174 Brand New in Plastic Flat

    SOLD

$650 picked up in Bay Area or Tahoe with cash, $700 shipped to lower 48 payment via paypal.

I won these at the MSP movie and I didn't have the option to swap them for a bigger ski. If anyone wants to swap for some MX88's in a longer size, I'd be interested.

This is a great ski for an advanced woman or small/light guy. Too short for me though.

Flexon Phil's review is here: http://www.epicski.com/products/2012...92-ski/reviews - spoiler, he likes them.

    Skiing Magazine's is here: http://www.skinet.com/skiing/product...stle-lx92-2012

"A lightweight fir-and-metal construction is the engine behind the LX 92's carving accuracy. Among the stiffest of this bunch, it responded best to the firm hand of strong skiers, and it does better on edge than planing through chop, bumps, and trees. Redline it on groomers and you won't find a more enjoyable ride. A veritable one-ski quiver for serious Easterners."

    Ski Magazine's is here: http://www.skinet.com/ski/gear/kastle-lx92-2012

"The LX92 is the widest in the Light Cross line, the most forgiving Kastle offers. Designed to be accessible for intermediate men, lightweight experts and women experts, it boasts a light silver-fir wood core sandwiched between two sheets of Titanal, and then wrapped in a load-bearing cap that adds torsional rigidity."

MSRP is $1099 and most shops sell Kastle skis at full list price.

    Length: 174

    Dimensions: 133/92/116

    Kastle's description:

"Light, easy, powerful and very versatile, this is the LX92. A ski that is as good on piste than off piste. You can carve and float, what else do you need?"

In any case, if you're ever really in this situation make sure you at least bargain in a couple of fluffers.

Won at the showing in SF at the Kabuki. Also got lots of good MSP porn - but I'm keeping that.

They would be a great chick ski. Or little guy ski. Someone please buy these and get them out of my office.
