Rain just means time for festive snowman-on-fire jib sessions.

Can't complain, we have more snow than back east and the rest of North America. After 2 semesters of full class loads I'll take whatever's out there. I mean yeah pow would be nice... but as an ex-racer I still thoroughly enjoy maching high speed groomer laps like a sucker.
For what would have been a write-off, shitty day for most... we had a blast last saturday.

Hello all, just evacuated snow-less California and will be posted up in Squamish for a bit. Heading up to Eldorado Cabin next week, then will be skiing around the Duffy for a bit after that. Would be great to hook up for a tour if people are looking for partners.
Two quick questions: First, who's your go-to for boot fitting in the area? Need to get sorted in a pair of stock TLT5s.. Also, who do you guys trust for mounting tech bindings? Best bet to go see someone in Whistler? Need to mount a pair of Plums and move around another pair of Dynafits. Should've picked up these skills a long time ago myself, but here I am, in need of help. Thanks!

Escape Route in Whistler or Squamish can get you sorted on mounting the tech bindings.

Solesides. we'll be up for the next couple of weeks. Eldorado is fun. Will probably be up Duffey quite a bit so drop a pm. At Escape Route ask for Alex re the TLT5s- they're hard to punch so best to get someone's who done them before

Thanks for the leads, guys. Lee, will definitely hit you up when were back from Eldorado. Any idea what the weather's been like in the Chilcotin? Wondering whether the ski out from the cabin will have much skiing..

I'll be skiing out of the Keith's Hut in Cerise Creek (North of Pemberton) for a few days prior to New Years. Drop me a PM if you're headed that way.
Second vote for Escape Route. They're you're best bet for Tech bindings and boots in Whistler. Two quick questions: First, who's your go-to for boot fitting in the area? Sat down for lunch on top of Pattison yesterday.
My buddy borrowed my camera(and somehow later found out) he dropped it out there.
Shockproof and waterproof, it could last a bit out there,on the crazy chance anyone finds it PM me.Always do sober what you said you'd do drunk. That will teach you to keep your mouth shut.

No doubt. The top of falseys looked great, but we chattered down through a bunch of barely covered rocks and then I watched Tim kick off a big surface slab ahead of me and got to ski a sheet of ice down into the sudan. The pile of slough was fun to surf out into the bowl, but it's still pretty rough up there.
A good day to do superfast groomer pow runs.
