That looks fun, I imagine that could get really good on a deep snow year. I'll be hitting it next season for sure

Finally getting my photos up from last Sunday. After a great day at Baldy ski area, I'm ready for some backcountry powder. Chunder and I are both big fans of Baden...and it delivered.
Steep skin stoke. Some split boarders put in an awesome skin track up the ridge line on Saturday. I guess they started at Big Rock, but still did a couple laps and returned for more on Sunday.
View from the summit ridge was really good. Also no wind.

I decided to explore about halfway down and found the chute I have been eying on the way up:
Near the end of the chute the snow was getting a little more sun:

It was definitely a self righteous day
