This thread needs a bump....
Spent the last three days at Mt Hood accessing some easy turns on Palmer. Since I had been off skis since June trip to pnw, I took it easy on the first day and only went to just above the warming hut - But today I cranked it up and climbed to just short of 9k for about 2500' of descent down the palmer and snowcat alley below. Had 3 fantastic days of weather and honestly never felt hot or cold - that never happened on a ski trip before. A few pics
