    it's just fun... like skiing...

    there's no bad if you are having fun... certainly there is technique that can make stuff more successful, but I'm in it for the fun.

    Just got a chance to play with my "new" 5Dc on my trip to work. Man, you can really see the falloff and vignette of the nifty-fifty on a full-frame wide open. Seriously, I didn't add any vignette in post. Never even noticed the softness on my 7D.







    f/2.8 sharpens things up a bit. normally I would have gone smaller but I was just playing around and none of these are "serious" pictures.

    tested my new ricoh gxr today, seems to be a great camera. i love the "full press snapshot" feature which lets you override af and take pictures at a predefined focus distance with a full press of the shutter
