LT went as big as I've seen. Wall to wall with a 12"+crown, right down to the coral. It got hit again after me and report was it took some work to get to the snow dealing with coral for a ways. I'd say it's all at risk back there. That rain crust sucks and we won't get a good bond without the perfect snow. If February does what it tends to things could get downright scary in spots. kind of hope it does, safely though of course.

Sequ: right on. Some of the chutes across the road could be scary then. Easy, Cass and the rest of them are definitely prone. We've seen slide/sluff debris in them before.

Figured I'd post number 200 in here. I've been having a blast this season, in spite of the conditions, and in part because of the forum. It was great meeting the mags I have so far, and I look forward to meeting more of you this season and in seasons to come. This is an awesome community, and I'm glad to be a part of it.

The last person that I know that got on the most eligible bachelor list did the following:

Was a deadbeat advertiser with the magazine. Owed north of $50,000 in fees. When negotiating payment, he demanded to be on the eligible bachelor list as part of the debt settlement.

It worked. Maybe LH is a deadbeat with Channel 7

neufox, I may swing down past Washington on Sunday depending on my carload, and if I crash somewhere in the Bethel area Saturday night after the telefest.

What time and skiing depends on if I get to try out a mile long zipline that my a friend just set up in Newry.

On that note, is anyone heading to the telefest at Mt. Abram or Banff in Rockport?

So there's a really hardcore dedicated Whiteface group on the NY Ski Blog, which I write for [SPAM!]. Anyway, from time to time I get sick of them dissing every other mountain on the east coast, particularly those in Vermont and in the Catskills and I decided to heckle them with this list which I thought you guys might find amusing (and hopefully not get me fired from my job as head honcho blogster). Enjoy, make fun of me, them, everyone, yourself, rog, whoever.

Whiteface skiers have the sharpest edges, not that they need them.

Whiteface has the biggest vertical drop and it also gets the most snow, despite what measuring says.

When Whiteface looks at another mountain, that other mountain will get shrinkage, particularly if it's on the other side of lake champlain.

Skating to lifts at Whiteface is basically a BC experience because it's so enormous.

Whiteface is so big it takes canadian lift tickets at par.

Infinity ends when it meets Whiteface, because Whiteface has infinity vertical feet.

The only reason why Santa moved to the north pole is because the reindeer got tired of flying to the top of Whiteface.

The Beatles originally sang "all you need is Whiteface"

If a picture is worth a thousand words, than Whiteface is worth 1 Million issues of Powder.

Everyone who skis at Whiteface is an expert and very well endowed. Duh.

Someone send Alpinezone over there because the shenanigans are getting very de classe.

Good one, ML, those idiots are truly annoying. They need to go get a room. Or start posting here, where they would be flame-broiled, eaten alive, spat out and sent home with their small tails between their legs.

tis the shizz fer sure. it doesn't snow there. it's protected by a shield to block out anything that is less than awesome. snow on perfect ribbons of winter brown ground would surely be a spirit breaker imo no it didn't snow there.

you gotta come down, bring buttah or whoever can fit in yer truck. i'll give y'all a nice tour of the facilities. we can connect to a super sweet piece in bradly palmer as well.

nice day today. think i'll ride my bike to worky again. legs like miles...........

East coasters. Which of your bothers spoke these lines:

    - The deer is the cat of the moose world [meant as an insult]

    - Moose are backcountry enthusiasts! [meant as compliment]

    - We have penises for fingers and take photographs of asses [meant as truth?]

    - My boots are in walk mode!!! [meant as an excuse for being an AT beater]
