Great to see everyone killin it in October.
Like Moeghoul, went with the Poconos for some turns for proximity reasons. Blue Mountain skied surprisingly well late into the day, consistent 8-10 inches of cream cheese.

Man.. hard to believe there's this much stoke flowing and it's not even November yet!
Awesome pics all around! Sorry to the platty crew for bailing, when I went to bed Sat night, the best information I had was that they didn't get that much snow and I missed ML's post in the morning that the opposite was true.
Had a fun day at Kmart with PJ09 and scarlet begonias and got to meet a few other mags along the way. Only bad part of the day was that someone must have overshot the trash can in the lodge and I ended up with a half-full cup of honey mustard in my boot bag.

Wow, these pictures make me wish I could have traveled south for the weekend. Nice work everyone. However, despite the meager snowfall up north, there was still some fun to be had.

Awesome shreddage all!! and great crew yesterday at Sunapee. Sorry we did not connect powbmps, next time.
Morgan those pics are silly, We thought about the beast for a bit yesterday since steepness was needed for this snow. Let me know when you are coming up north dude!
good to see l8px hanging up the fly rod for a day and getting some snow

Wow, so many great shots. Very cool that plattekill spun lifts for the day.
Made it to BEast around 230pm. Easily 2' deep and HEAVY, would have been nice to get there before it warmed up but that was just not possible.
Had no power or cell service where I stayed saturday evening. When we woke up my car was literally in the only safe spot in the driveway. Downed trees totally surrounding it. Used a hack saw and loppers to clear all but the biggest tree blocking the driveway. Finally found a neighbor will a function chain saw around noon to escape. Was driving under downed trees on the road.
(will update later with pics)

Sheesh, I saw you guys. It was great to ski in Oct, but the conditions were a bit "crust on dust" -- Ridge was probably the best thing I hit being shielded by the trees. Would I do it again? Hell yeah.
I've never been much for the "change for a $0.05" thing but I guess I'll start. (I was in a gray shell and blue softie pants FWIW.)My karma ran over your dogma

Thanks, its an old set of bamboos I found at a tag sale this year.
TC nice to see you in good health and killing it, I'm about 3 months away from "being able to ski" so I have to keep it throttled down, at least til after x-mas. But when I heading north, I will give you a holler.

Ha^^^ I would definitely not say killing it AT ALL. But skiing again at least with a garbage can of a knee. My skiing has a surgically implanted governor on it, similar to you, so I am pretty tame these days. But I have this cool new dog that likes to check your speed for you when you least expect it

let me know, you dudes are welcome to crash anytime.
