VT-F, I'm heading up today and will be at the Bush later PM, and first chair tomorrow. White jacket/helmet, blue pants, various skis depending on my mood ring color. Say hey if you see me.

    Eug, see you up there.

very fake, might be flammable, smells like plastic, but I've never spent much time in Romania so can't be sure, does Romanian pubic hair smell like plastic? no over the ear strings, I have a harem that follows me to help hold it on, they double as a ego masseuses when I think people aren't noticing me, which isn't often, as I usually just walk around with my custom projector jacket looping my youtube sessions, did I mention I did 6 consecutive push ups this morning, no knee on the floor crap either, real MAN push ups, really good pump session, nothing like pumping myself, what a great day, hugs to everyone.

Yeah it's looking silly and nice to have a soft base built in now from yesterday. Let's meet up this time, always frenetic on Pow days.

We will also be doing a demo day at Smuggs next Saturday, the 3rd, so grapes and tBatt, be sure to come by.
I'll be up at Smuggs on the 3rd also. Will stop by to check out some of the Worth goodness. And if anyone wants to take a few runs that would be great. Skiing with my brother-in-law who, while enthusiastic, isn't really up for trees or anything steep.

And for tomorrow, a day trip is in the works with the wife. Not sure where yet, maybe Cannon. She has an aversion to any sort of VT day trip that I cannot overcome despite my best efforts.

I think the snow is rolling in later this PM. Tonight is the heavy stuff. Be there tomorrow am. That is all.

Debating when to head up. Leave the NYC area around 3 and possibly drive through the heavy stuff or wait till 1130 or so and head up? Hmmm I may just have to bust out the big planks and give them a trial run

Got to love the overnight dump before a day of storm skiing. Get your legs ready to attack, everybody and their grandma is going to be getting after it. As always stay safe, we all know what can happen when winter waits for February.

I'd shoot for leaving as early as possible. The heavy stuff is going to keep coming. And of course bring the big planks out to play.

I'm actually hoping for wind holds

That forecast map looks nothing like any others out there . Maine biased much?

Yeah, a lot of times the forecasters outside VT don't take that into account when predicting their totals.

Latest NOAA forecast looks like the initial storm tonight favors K-Mart to Sugarbush region overnight, but probably doesn't really account for all of the Saturday upslope action. Decisions, decisions

windholds do rule for pow days. folks may be wishing they brought skinz with them tomorrow. nothing like a jay when it's puking, winds nuking, and lifts shut right down. best way to ski it imo.

shitty choppy surf this a.m. got some surprisingly fun ones tho. hows that for an overhyped surf report there breakwater? get the sand outta that vag of yours yet?

Sorry to interupt the storm chat but...

there is a cool thing happening in my town right now. We are hosting the provincial championships for high school XC skiing this week. Yesterday, a local road contractor trucked in many tri-axles of snow, the ski hill loaned out their groomer and the streets have been paved with snow for the skate sprints. You can watch a live feed here:

BTW, just noticed that little old Titus Mountain, NY, is at the top of the 24 hour snowfall list. How cool is that!
