Mine too... although I'm afraid that might be more due to failure to exercise during the off-season than to any turgidity.

Damn, SB is claiming 9" at the base, 22" at the top. Not bad for early October.

So how fast until this melts and we can get back to the regularly scheduled fall programing of eekking out another month or so of High Sierra Granite? Ugh - this kinda messed up some late fall climbing objectives. Oh well.

Esme was found in the middle of the road, in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere. She was covered in dread locks and couldn't walk. She had cuts all over her face. I took her to the vet and the x-rays showed a broken pelvis. 6 weeks of rest in a crate and this week she cut loose playin'.
Today's walk was a little snowier.

Dam.
Earliest snow since 1969 for Tahoe and shortest duration between snowfalls; with the last one occurring July 1st. according to this article:
http://investmentwatchblog.com/earli...oe-since-1969/
Now, of course that probably means Tahoe won't see anything over an inch for a month; but its still awesome.
If October to July ski seasons are going to be the norm, I can live with that.Eat em up Houston Cougars !
