Don't fly to Cordova. Fly to Anchorage and take the ferry.

The high speed ferry is a great trip. However I do not think there is any Anchorage to Whittier shuttles running this early. Could be an issue getting to Whittier. Alot easier to take it from Cordova than hitch a ride back to Anchorage.

Take that care and hit up the interior of BC. They get hammerjacked with snow that time of year. If you can swing, do up a cat skiing trip.

So after a little accident in La Grave im sitting here with a torn MCL and trying to get in shape before the AK trip.
Will skip the NW/BC skiing and go down to LA or maybe a week in Vegas? Must be a good rehab location..

So off we go. Ossur CTi custom made brace will make this trip awesome. Due to my knee we are going down a week to LA then flying over to Cordova. Damn stoked!

Have fun! Don't worry about that knee. After tearing my meniscus while weightlifting back in November I had an MRI that confirmed that my left ACL has been gone for around 20 years. At the time (8th grade), the doctors told me it was a partial tear and just put me a cast - no reconstruction. I've been very active my whole life and it never slowed me down (until the meniscus tear). In fact, I had a reconstruction on the right knee in 1999 and that one feels worse

Talking Money: Knee went fine with the CTi Brace but i brought a pair of brand new Renegades 196 and they were way to big and fast for me and especially with a bad knee. I was shit scared ha ha... Skied 4 days out of 6 and did a first decent that they now call Swedish Dogs.
Gary: ski and ski..was not really Japan pow but pretty gnarly.
