Not much a fan of the band's music but the guy is as precise as a diamond cutter. "Best" is subjective, but I put timing near the top.

Saw couple of years ago Fantomas on a small gig. They got Terry Bozzio drumming there.

Locked up in a cage with kits all over him, looked like The Animal from muppet show... Drumming like possessed and while doing it, turning pages of his tablatures because he had been booked to cover Lombardo for the tour... So he was playing most of the gig by notes...

My top 5 gigs of all time, total mindfuck to see group of that talented musicians going full speed utterly on the edge. Never seen a band laugh hysterically after the final song, like "wtf??! did we make it??" kind of laughing.

But as my highlights of drumming are listening QUATSAs Songs for the Deaf ( with grohl) and Block party with their drummer Matt Tong, dont know what my standards are..

The floggings will continue until morale improves.

Jealousy. Bozzio is fucking insane. I would love to watch him play The Black Page (original version) live. Him and Mike Patton are two of my favorite musicians of all time. That must have been a hell of a show.

Probably still not very good according to Rasputin, but I thought this was pretty cool.

My neighbor is dating Mick Fleetwood, we share a long driveway and recently I pulled in and he was wheeling in my trashcan... and he's a good drummer too.

at 1:47 he gets going a little

While Danny Carey is, indeed, one of the most talented drummers around today, you probably couldn't have picked a more meh clip.

Try Mr. Stephen Perkins on for size:
