Raichle Flexon Comps
Just picked up a pair of Raichle Flexons at a garage sale for $2.00 in great shape, maybe A- condition. I ripped out the old liners and put in some Intuitions that I had laying around and they fit remarkably well. Anyway, one of the buckles is broke, the slider won't hold. I looked at my wife's Full Tilts and the buckles are similar but maybe a little different as hers have one rivet and the rest of the slider is captured in the boot plastic. The Flexons have two rivets. Any ideas on fixing/replacing these buckles or should I just give the boots away for parts. Thanks

I've got some extra sliders with nice hot pink plastic buckles and you can have a couple. I think you can drill out the rivet and replace it with a t-nut. Try a little WD-40 first to see if that frees up the latch mechanism.
