I ended up with a brand ne pair of these bindings and dont really know anything about them. Just looking for anyone that has them or knows of any consistent problems with them.

I've had a pair on my Goats for 3 seasons. I used them in/out of bounds the first 2 seasons (75-80 days, 25 backcountry). Last season they were my dedicated backcountry set up. I've had no issues, but I'm easy on gear. I top out at a buck 45 and while I ski aggressively, I keep my skis on the snow. I did notice a big difference in ski contact when I switched to Baron's this year. Lots of plastic so they don't like it rough. You might be able to part them out if you decide not to mount them.

My biggest issue with the NX21 is that you can't get parts at all anymore. Mine broke last year and I went through hell trying to find replacement parts. Eventually I got the hookup from someone on here though. Good luck finding ski crampons to fit them.
Also, they are a bit wobbly in ski mode. They do walk well though. The double pivot thing is nice.

I have had them on a pair of Mantras for 4 seasons. I have had no issues with them. They seem pretty solid in ski mode, about the same as Freerides, but have more torsional play due to the triple pivot in tour mode on traverses. The triple pivot does make for a nice walk mode though, especially on the flats, better than the Freeride, and the heel lock has been 100% effective in preventing instant tele releases.

My opinion is that they suck. Sooo sloppy in ski mode in anything but pow.

I have a set on my Magic Mtn/Snow Valley/hill in back of my house/hey dad lets do rails skis. They tour great, but are flexy to the point of being sloppy when they're locked down. But in the rare EC powder day they work ok. Not for hard charging.
