I found some on Amazon for $11 for a two pack for my 20D. Shouldn't be too hard to find, or just follow Advres' link.

I have 4 of the ones linked above and have had zero problems with them. Don't buy Canon batteries, it's the closest thing to getting raped without actually getting raped.
