    The Car Show

Is making me long for the season premier of the american Top Gear.

Why does this show suck so bad?
    Adam Corolla is fucking annoying.

The guy with the pocket kerchief is a twat.

John Sally(sp?) is ok I guess, but he hardly says anything.

The internet dude is the only one I want to hear say anything, and Corolla keeps interrupting him.

This show is doomed. Oh, and how about showing some cars. I have watched 2 shows now, and I think I have seen them drive 3 cars and a Vespa. WTF????

The Car Show is crap, as is American Top Gear.

Love the real Top Gear though.

The US Top Gear sucked pretty hard at first, too, but it got better fast. It's not like Top Gear UK was perfect from the start either - they are 14 seasons in now, that is certainly time to work the kinks out. Besides ramp up time and the instant comparison to the legendary UK Top Gear, both of the US shows are on networks who will not give the huge budgets BBC gives Top Gear UK.

Difference is- I gave the US Top Gear time, and it got better.

I don't know if I can sit through another Car Show.

Yeah. I don't know why we felt we needed our very own Top Gear. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

The UK top gear while enjoyable got a little too heavy handed in post production that made it unbearable to watch for anyone who knows anything about production. The horrible fake vignetting on everything was absolutely painful to me. While I loved the cars, the production killed it for me.

... and the US crap isn't any better.

And this is coming from someone who really wants to like them both and have watched every episode of both.
I think you have me confused with someone who is far less awesome.
