NEED: Good boot fitter around Bozeman

Hey, so I was wondering if anyone has had a fantastic experience (or many) with a specific boot fitter around the Bozeman/Big Sky area. I need somebody who can look at my foot, listen to my issues, and find a good boot for me, then do all the punching and grinding and stuff I am sure to need.

Also, can anyone recommend a foot doctor who has experience fitting skiers with custom insoles?

A thousand internets to anyone who can provide relevant info.

I have heard good things about the guys at LMS, Chalet, PHD. What about Grizzly, etc etc? I specifically need names too.

I've worked the past three seasons for Kevin at Ph.D. Skis. I believe him to be the best bootfitter around, based on impressions from various customers in addition to personal experience. He's been doing it for a thousand years and knows his shit. He does custom cork insoles in addition to plastic work.

Can't tell ya much about the Big Sky area dudes, nor foot doctors.

    Hope that helps, good luck.

I'm pretty sure Kevin is insane. Check with Colin at Round House.
    No longer stuck.

I can highly recommend Grizzly Outfitters in Big Sky.

Can't remember his name, I think it was Dan (??) fitted me. Young guy, brown hair. And a tall thin blond guy fitted my GF.

Both guys seemed very well trained and really knew their stuff. My feet have all kinds of odd bumps and projections, and my GF has two different sized feet. Neither of us seemed to faze them.

if only there was a search function on this site, or some master search engine for the whole internet where you could type in "bozeman bootfitter site:tetongravity.com" like I did last fall and find an answer to this question.

Aside from the search which turns up the truth.
PHD if you bought it there cause he gets all agro otherwise.
Dan at NL does mostky know his at and tele.
Nate at chalet and Travis are solid stand up doods and would tell you if they can't help you. I would trust my shit with them and have.

Yeah, I have heard good things about Grizzly. Any idea if they have surefoot liners? Or any other injection liners?
