2008 Norco Fluid LT frame
considering buying a used frame of pinkbike, anything negative i should know about it before i pull the trigger?
the shock has been switched to the Monarch 4.2 from the DHX Air3, the seller says its much lighter. which shock would be better for an AM rig that does not compromise pedaling?

Nice frame - make sure the rear stays are the non-brake harmonic howling version - ie square as opposed to round stays

I love mine! I have a Monarch 4.2 as a backup - it lost air new and got it warrantied. Now using dhx coil. I shaved the weight off myself not the bike.

whoops just saw this. Mine was the first year it was out and was grey not green. I believe that's a LT2 frame. Looks like the round chainstays but that's under warranty. Issue showed up with Avid discs which had these weird harmonics with the frame. Too bad as those were the OE brakes. If you're buying the frame you'll probably be ok and if not - then Norco will replace the stays for you
