    Jong screw thread question

When you look at your bindings when not on the skis, with the screws pushed all the way in, how many threads should be sticking out? Most seem to have four, but the tech gave me a set and only three are sticking out and said they are fine. I just don't want my bindings to rip off...again.

I believe binding drill bits are generally 9mm long. As long as the screw extends almost that long (no longer) you should be fine. Number of threads showing is going to vary with thread pitch. If your ski has some sort of metal mounting plate beneath the top sheet the important thing is they make it though that.
