    Been out with an injury most of the season, but may actually be skiing again by then, and actually already am planning on being in the vicinity that weekend. If indeed it is planned for Mem Day, I'll make an effort to be there.

    Should work well snow wise this year. Holiday weekends are usually a bit of a zoo, but MM day isn't too bad at Mammoth.

    I will try and make it no matter when, just make sure it is warmer this year

    I agree it is a constitutional right for Americans to be assholes...its just too bad that so many take the opportunity...    iscariot

    I like the idea of Memorial Day. Gives those of us driving stupid distances a bit more relaxed drive.

    Lego & Dive (& Beandip and Turx & Cinders) - carpool?

    Oh, and I'm not opposed to a repeat version in June sometime. Plus July 4 is almost guaranteed.

    I have a Kirkwood voucher I'm not going to be able to use. Anyone willing to trade it for a Mammoth one? Or give me ca$h for it so I can subsidize my Mammoth tix.

    Wifey and I were planning on heading up to mammoth some time around memorial day or maybe the Tuesday afterward, if anyone is planning on hanging around. Sadly, we can't make memorial day weekend itself because we'll be at a wedding in SBA.

    What are the other options available? Sounds like a lot of people have Memorial Day assignments elsewhere. I can go anytime and love the annual get-togethers there but would love a less official weekend for room pricing, smaller crowds and for more people to make it.

    I like a May date, just not as late as MM day. The mini is about spring skiing and drinking on the beach.

    How about the last weekend of April? Great skiing, sun, other resorts are closed. Otherwise, mid-May (first weekend is Mothers Day).
