Probably the greatest piece of satire in the history of the internet.

Part of me really wants to like dubstep (electro in general) but I can't really seem to get into it. I'm into really dark morose music any recs?
But Ellen kicks ass - if she had a beard it would be much more haggard. -Jer

Bumping this thread because I've been curiously listening to some dubstep lately and was wondering how dubstep is different than all that wonderful dark, "industrial" electronic music from the 90s - NIN, Filter (their first album, Short Bus), Aphex Twin, KFMDM, etc.

A lot of it is pretty damn good mostly because I'm a fan of the aforementioned bands.

I feel like its one of these music sub genres that's becoming popular because a new generation of people are listening to music that's already been done.

    Either way, its alright.

People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.
