i have a pair of Four F-12's which honestly rock for the up and for keeping my skis ground locked, but i am looking for something that can take some drops. does anybody know if the Barons would be cool for bigger drops like 20-30 footers?

The Barons are definitely capable of holding up to more abuse than the F12's. If you are going to be hucking on regular occassions I would recommend skipping the barons and going to the Dukes.
