    Twintips from old skis

I wanted to make twintips from a pair of oldschool Fischer skis.

Made saw cuts and bend tails.

    Overplates from "Epoxy".

    Attached overplates with glue.

    Drilled holes.

    Rivets.

    3 layers nitro painting.

    Done!

    Kiev, Ukraine

In Soviet Russia, twintips isn't new modern skis, it's two skis put together.

Tried to ride them last season.
Landings into switch are ok, but carving is not so good because of classical geometry. Jib - ok.

This is awesome, but man, times must be desperate in Eastern Europe.
