195 s7 question
So I was in a store recently and saw a pair of 195 s7's. Some guy who worked at the shop came up and started talking to me. So at one point I asked him "How much do the super 7's cost here?," and he told me that they were not actually super 7's, just 195 s7's, so no metal. I was under the impression that ALL 195 s7's were super 7's with metal in them. So did this guy have no idea what he was talking about or do metal free 195's exist?

195s all have metal. just hand flex them against the smaller sizes and you'll know....

The only thing is that there aren't any other ones there, just 195's. This also contributed to the logic, since every pair of 195's I've seen in other shops have flown off the wall.

Weigh them and compare with listed weight on the s7 188 and ss7 195?

I feel like I read somewhere that rossi is making super 188s as well. I was kinda confused at the time but this is starting to make sense. metal = thuper, evidently.

The S7.117 also comes in 166 and 176cm, same graphics as the 195cm.
All the 117s are supposed to have the metal/fibro-core.Last edited by Goophy; 01-12-2011 at 06:08 AM.
