Yeah really, help us out. What's the point of talking about a secret on the internet with the 2 other people that are in on the secret without sharing some details?

Dude, it isn't a secret it's just not done yet. Chill! Just know three will be fun stuff coming in the next few weeks. The glebetrotters are hard at work to make cool things happen for all those who have been good enough to come out and keep the Magic stoke rolling.

    Stay tuned!

Haha, fair enough. Just trying to facilitate conversation. I think all the bitching in EC Roll Call has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Wasn't meant to be cryptic. Black Magic is the comp. It's run on Blackline. Red Bull Linecatchers is amazing, if you watched any of it, you'd understand.

Magic has to stuff to jump off, we're just making it more fun to jump off those features. Enough said.

^^powbmps: you need to spend a little time with the douchette crew... I don't think the purple pants have made an appearance on any save magic flicks yet.

He rides a snowboard, so it's not Earlywood.

(Though I was sure that's who it was... great writing and Magic tribute!)

F that. At Smuggs we used to just hold the road flares in our hands and ski faster if they got too low. Good fun. Lots of burnt gloves!

Looks like the weather gods are smiling upon the Black Magic comp for the second year in a row.

Now that's the kind of think I like to hear!! Glad you guys have gotten some time this week to work on the course, can't wait to come up and (re) meet everyone. I wish I could be competing but hanging out shooting and drinking should be almost as much fun! Let me know if you have any camera angles in mind for your booter(s) and I'll try to make it happen!

The weather really did a number on blackline. Lots of melt, its super bony and firm. Good news is everything is bigger and sketchier and will really separate the pack. The bad news is that we didn't get to shape nearly as much as we wanted to due to the melt. Hopefully tomorrow will be fruitful, and we can build some things up quickly.

Sounds good, although i think it's supposed to snow tomorrow so I'm sure no one will blame you if you go ski pow all day instead of shoveling!

I'll be up first thing Saturday morning, helping out the STE guys where I can around the lodge and then most likely skinning up to the venue. I can't rip all day the way I'd like to so I might as well get some exercise, right??

I plan on getting there as early Saturday as I can. If you need some help, I'm sure I could be convinced after a few runs calm down my shaking hands.
