You mention change, which means you have no experience, but refuse entry level.

You probably think Im a dick, but Im being nice compared to any prospective employer. Think about it.

In my current position I manage a J-1 visa program to recruit Aussies and Kiwis for ski resort staffing. So my experience is with ski resort HR so I am best suited for a position in that department.

Prior to this position I was an elementary school teacher for 6 years. I taught first and second grade in an inner-city school with a 98% poverty rate. I took care of 31 high risk kids on my own so I can handle just about anything! I've also taught in an independent school setting.

Prior to that I was a climbing guide and director of a University Outdoor Education program for several years.
