    New Verts-type climbing aid

Saw em today at the BD swap, some local dudes had basically taken the snowblade type bindings and put them on a modified Verts setup. Coming out this winter I believe. Forget the name and all, anyone got more info? There was a big ole crampon on the bottom, looked pretty sweet.

Maybe it's the one in this thread. Called yowie's. They're like a teva for your ski boot, plus a crampon. Looks a little more low-pro than a vert.

Oh well, those look pretty good though. I've gotta pair of hand-me-down verts from my dad. I think i'll take them out this season for pillow line laps where skinning is cumbersome/not possible and boot packing always sucks.
