If in fact these are artificially bumped, they are one of the best sets I've seen.
The laying on her back test would prove beyond a doubt.
Scottyb, any chance of seeing the rest of her? It might help with effort to determine if she's an all natural girl or those are implanted traffic cones.

They still look fake. Look at the her left/our right. She could just be really young, but it looks like a terrible implant.
