WFA is ok, WFR is the shit in wilderness. Matt, you can get WFA locally cheaper thru local AMC chapter. PM on facebook, I can send you info. They offer a course in April...

If they close my office (find out at 6 am) My buddy and I are going to make a run for Platt. If platt closes we might bail out to Bellayere/Highmount or Huntah

    chutes on the palisades
    mini booter in alpine
steep and burly gas line in suffern
large hip in hackensack as well as parking lot drop
parking deck drop in paramus as well as those beautiful overpasses that go to slopes
of course theres some mean shit in central park ive been wanting to do for years.... so whos playing? and no whining.

(as for the car, the person who hit me has $10k of coverage which is to be split between me an o5 accord that was also totaled and an o6 maxima. im going to get the shaft, i can already feel it on the edge of my buttcheeks.)
I'll most likely be at Central Park tomorrow if I have the day off. I have been scouting some stuff around the 72nd street entrance.

I'm also down to hit up the Palisades, been wanting to try to ski in there for years.

Hell yeah, will be rocking out at WaWa tomorrow. Look for the Kingswoods or Atomic Janak/Dynafits (might be an experiment day).

who dat? good stuff. both tips. nice look!

hoping to invoke the town shop, 'powder clause' tomorrow. beer league was good for both Turn High and i. i was on a 180 2V from a few years back, huge difference. i love ripping ice, seriously! there was also an Eastern Cup super G for the ladies today on Chief. the snow was perfect, hard and fast no ruts. love seeing them rip, while riding the chair. very fast women! i'll be at Jackson Gore around lunch time.

im pretty sure this doesnt have a base as most of the city seemed to have shrugged off that last storm. 1o6 i believe.

the palisades however has a base. compacted, 2 inches or so. hiked giant stairs on sunday and spotted some chutes. yes, they are burly. and yes it will be a bitch of a hike out. axes hike out. but there is at least one that has potential to be sent. as far as im concerned, the 'sades awaits!

then theres this bony motherfucker. doesnt look it because all the rocks are hiding under the foliage.

i am extremely dissatisfied with last years pussying out due to some knee injury. someone gets me here and im coming down it one way or another.

work isnt canceled for me tomorrow but they know better. the rest of the company can do what they want, its a snow day for me.
"yeah, yeah. you buy playboy for the articles just like i watch brokeback mountain for the scenery... wait, that doesnt work."

Can't even describe how good the Bowl is right now. Sure, there are thin spots where the wind came through, but that's here, or there. Mostly, just the radness. The mountain is generally so protected, there's little wind loss.

    VT predictions?

With CT and MA predicting the most of this snowfall, what are people thinking on southern VT? Stratton, snow, MRG, bromley...

In Boston and debating on my driving route at 6am

Buttahflak, are you trying to tell be something worthwhile or be funny? If its humor i dont see it.

From what I recall you're in ludlow and probably skiing blokemo, so I don't think you're in any position to talk. Speaking of which want a lift to a real mountain tomorrow morning?

I think he was attempting to point out that MRG [Mad River Glen?] isn't usually considered southern vermont, unlike the others you listed.

No I think he just meant MRG doesn't quaff goat sack like the other three.
