I meant no malice towards anyone. Obviously I accomplished zilch with my post (not that I really meant to accomplish much in the first place) and my feelings do not in any way come from Magic management or anyone related to them. I was merely trying to highlight that discretion is key when Magic happens to be in such a high profile light these past couple of seasons. The internet is a big place and there are a lot of people out there... Anyway, maybe I worded my post poorly. Maybe I was rushing since a 2 year old was hovering around my ankles. Either way, I was and am protective of any stashes we have. You can't fault me for that.

I've never yelled at anyone while I ski, about skiing on "my" terrain so I apologize bircheater on behalf of whomever that was. That's really not the way Magic is. Come back, bring your friend...we'll show you guys a great time.

Typestries...I wasn't in anyway implying anything about volunteers at Magic. I am speaking about TGR, Alpinezone, Epic etc. and all these places Magic's being talked about. People i don't know, on the world wide web. Sorry for the confusion.

I'd be happy to delete my posts to be rid of all these shenanigans. Anyone else?

Edit: All of my vehicles officially have snow tires on them as of today. That officially means it won't snow for a while.

Ok, so is everyone cool yet? If not, I highly suggest a little and chill the fuck out.

The only thing that I really got out of these past few pages is that I'm megga bummed that I never had a chance to see the Dead live...

Oh, and I'm still stoked to hopefully come out to Magic a few times this season

Oh, and I found a few fun new stashes to potentially ski this past weekend. Still not too sure what this spot will be like in the winter, but it wouldn't be nearly as much fun if I knew what I was getting myself into. That's half the fun of it. Lots of minigolf potential around here too.

All this stash talk reminds me, I have a stash I need to show. All pics were taken w/ my celly, so if they've got GPS coordinates on them, but that's ok, come find it, and slay the 30' of vert with me, beers will be tipped back, bonfires will be burning....

HAHA, yes, the Walpole Haute Route is fun.. if you're lucky, you can even get a tow-in from the local sledneck.. I have never been so lucky though. did quite a few laps out there a while ago myself.. w/ the dogs! A fun afterwork location to beat the darkness on!

Dood, I thought it was the "Hawt Root" instead of the "Haute Route"

Buttah, Spookman, Akok- Let's do it. I'm loving the stash stoke!

Ms. Lionel Hutz here. I'm starting to get anxious for Whiteface's projected opening of next Friday. I know lots of you have skied already this season but I am one of the few who has not yet slid on snow. We got skunked last year, but the year before was SICK midwinter conditions.

Lionel is screwing with me, too - telling me that the forecast is "wishy washy" and that WF won't open, so I won't be disappointed if that happens.

LIONEL WHAT IS THE DEAL? WE NEED AN UPDATE!

ohh.. that's a different spot than I was thinking.. the spot we skiied is more hidden, and not road accessible- but I know you've been up there on the bike in summer....

WTF happened here? I’m out for a day & come back to this shitshow? That sucks bircheater. I guess there are assholes everywhere. I’d seriously like to kick this one in the balls for costing the mountain a share. I can assure that is not the majority @ Magic.

It sounds like he does not need it but come back & he skis on me. I have some discounted tickets I purchased in advance.

Mild no snow stoke. Had a great weekend in the woods & the beach.

Pic by me, not me climbing.

Baxter will be 8 this year but still has ups....

Hey CBB - They were close to opening two weeks ago. They lost snow down low, but none higher up--AT ALL. We hiked up this weekend and it was bulletproof--no softening at all with the mild temps. they stopped snowmaking last tuesday last week, but they made snow last night and are starting wednesday night and blowing through opening day. Its going to be in the high 20's and low 30's every night after tonight. They may possibly not have top to bottom--maybe downloading, but they will open. You turn that frown upsidedown and we'll see ya next weekend!
I could go on, and on, and on...but who cares

Back to the Stoke. This is one of my favorite little gems on youtube. I hope it's one of you guys from this thread. Anyway, I just scored a lightly used Burton Fish with S-rocker for basically nothing. And I can't wait to shred it in these North East conditions! Now settle down...Francis.

Anyone know where I can get dynafits mounted that is close to Lowell, MA? I know North Conway will do it but I don't feel like driving quite that far if there is something closer.

Well last night people were going apeshit for no reason and needed to be soothed. I really didn't want people continuing to "internet snowball" some shit that wasn't even true.

B'sides, "a while" is a relative term after all.

If you want, I could leave for longer

    WHERE'D YOU FIND THAT?

twas just a nuther typical up high storm day on big george away from the resort crowds.

local stash stoke here. barely 5 miles from the seacoast and a couple hundred + vert. all kinds of stuff to ski around this gem. beautiful glades as well. here's my little bi-polar bear skiing the fresh on her xc skis and lace ups:
