Anyway...somebody asked about the potential for snow before January. Well yes...there are two threats...
One coming from moisture on an eastern flow. NWS isn't talking about it an I feel like I'm seeing things but whatever. I'm ready to bust.

Now the next threat comes from a coastal low developing xmas eve. Past few Euro runs were boner enducing panty creaming awesomeness. Other Models and climo says she's a tease so you might have to seal the deal and finish with your hand. (storm out to sea). I'll update you tomorrow night.

a) don't mess with Woodlandclown. Have you seen that attack dog of hers
b) Seems salty around that household. A certain city hasn't done too well against a certain other city recently and maybe a member of the household isn't so happy about that.
c) Somebody in my office just asked me "if I have ever been skiing." I said no. I feel like a super hero with a secret identity.

I popped into this thred b/c I posted in the lunar eclipse thred last nite & someone pm'd me so I thought I'd come in here & see whassup and say hi.

Yes, I am still alive and still skiing. Also still teaching HS. Haven't thrown a whiney rude freshman out the window yet, but came close on a few occasions.

Will probably ski K and Magic this season. More @ K b/c I won't have to pay for it and I'm basically penniless. But I'll scrape up some and hit up magic on nice storm days.

Nice to see the pics and reports coming in. Now that solstice is actually here let the big fun begin!

Looking forward to seeing/skiing w/ mags again this winter. Can someone FINALLY teach me how to ski freaking bumps w/out looking like a drunk victim of electroshock treatment though?

Rip on the Flatton folk all you want....but that hill is a legit race course right now....and with no natural I'm not complaining. I will not however go near there next week for obvi reasons.

I agree 100%. Is posting pics of his pipe necessary? You do realize how many people read these threads. Including Magic management. They’re cool enough to let uphill traffic when the mountain is closed, lets not ruin it by having Jim thinking everyone is up there blazing. I have zero problem is he wants to burn but the pic is totally unnecessary & quite frankly stupid.

my license plate says 'live free or die'! the first time i evah got high was as a 14 year old on family vacation at Wildcat. local dirtbag ski culture should be celebrated not scorned. i know most on TGR prefer an R rating. some here may like a more controlled environment, should check out AZ. NY's plates should say 'Giant's & Jet's:Eat Balls' and for CT 'Maintain the Image, Muffy' while some were fretting about waht 'buttah' is up to. i was getting high with Turn High and skiing pow at ohkeymoe. warning; blatent disregard for ropes will be seen. you will also see local dirtbags having fun. woot!

Magic totally worth a try. don't manage a ton of days there but everyone i do ends up being a great skiing day


make sure you get the Golden Ticket before you enter the woods or do something that is not approved however. might get scolded...

I don't think smoking weed is cool at all, but these pics and tr's don't bother me personally. TGR isn't a mouthpiece for Magic or any other resort, and it really shouldn't be. Separation of church and state or something like that. Glad to see someone is having a little more fun that I am trying not to get shivved at the adolescent psych ward I'm photographing today.

Anyway, Buttah is clearly a force of nature... and I don't mean that in a good way.

Man....I'm glad I didn't post those pics of G and I doing all that blow with those tranny hookers in the KMart Gondola. Talk about the shitstorm that would ensure if you all saw us snorting lines out of the corn-hole of that Algerian Man-Girl and then putting on the chaps and riding her...err him...down the mountain like the bronco she...err ...he...was.
