Binding Location S7 skis
Getting some 188 S7 Rossi's. Reading all kinds of data on mounting.
Most say mount plus, some say plus 3 some say 0. Anyone know for sure for these ski's.
Me. 184lbs, old guy, usually advanced skier, live in No Idaho and usually ski in 2-8 inches with more sometime, want to take to BC with me Cat Skiing and kICKING Horse eetc.
thanks Pete

50+ days just north of you at Whitewater and Baldface cat skiing. Zero is the mark! Pete the S7 will make your legs feel 15 years younger.

I'm 5'11", 185 lbs and ski the S7's for all BC days and any day inbounds with soft snow. I mounted my Barons on the "0" line and love them, wouldn't change a thing.

I had them all last season at 0 and really liked them. They did feel like they had lots of tip and not much tail, which may be more of a product of the ski's dimensions than my mount location. I'd be curious to see how going forward changes the balance of the ski, though I don't think I'd go more than +1.5 based on how 0 felt.

Same. Mounted at 0 and loved them. Had similar feelings as DC, though once I got used to how they skied Im not sure I would move them any futher forward (but I am a pretty directional skier). They were also my first rockered ski, so that could have something to do with it.

0 worked really well for me last season. Very very fun ski in all conditions. Didn't tour with them mind you.
