The touring around Alpy was a lot like this today:

At least 8"... It was snowing hard up there all morning and it was stupid deep from the summit down to where you start to get into the gulleys above the waterfalls.
Thanks for the directions!...Some will fall in love with life and drink it from a fountain that is pouring like an avalanche coming down the mountain...

I'm not sure. I stay at my parents place in Toledo (right off I-5 and Highway 12). It's about 1:45 to Highway 12 in good traffic and another 1:45 or so to White Pass So I guess if you didn't hit any traffic it would be 3.5 hours.
Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. That area is super fun and so different from anything else that they had before. It really made the mountain feel big and diverse.

PLEASE don't talk about the high pressure system thats going to move in an set up sunny weather for the week. EVERYONE knows its going to happen so there is no need AT ALL to talk anything weather related till, oh say maybe the 20th

Exactly. Plus, its not like I can ski this week anyways since Im most likely coming down with something nasty that will be bad enough to make me miss a few days of work.

Here is a video I made from friday at baker. There was nobody there and unlimited, albeit heavy, pow.
Also, here is a video from today at Baker. I did some hiking for some cliff drops. However, I caught wayyyyy too much speed for this cliff

You fuckers jinxed it.
Man I hope NWAC is wrong about this...
Very strong southwest flow is expected at the crest level by early Wednesday causing a sharp and substantial rise in freezing levels. A shift to westerly flow in the passes early Wednesday morning should accompany the warming and change precipitation to rain at the passes, including Stevens.
Heavy precipitation is expected overnight through Wednesday with a brief decrease late Wednesday before the next wave moves in late Wednesday night.
This next wave should cause the freezing levels to rise even further by Thursday morning with renewed heavy precipitation and very strong winds.
Aint that a bitch.
