Hm, I wonder if it has anything to do with Medicare reform?
In other countries, they bill the government, or the insurance company and...wait for it...they actually pay for what the patient needs.
And Palin is a warmonger and one of those "good Christians" that scare me. So also not hyperbole. I'm not a fan of it, unless it's part of a joke and obviously so.

Bill the gov't ?? How are they gonna pay ?? They're broke.

Pay for what the patient needs ?? No, they pay what they deem is the fee they're gonna pay. That's why lots of docs won't accept medicaire patients, they don't get paid on time, there's too much paper work, they make less (who here would work for less when they can make more for the same shit, so don't get all hypocritical, be honest).
