Puder Luder Duder has his hands full and his time absorbed sorting screws for that kind of markup. There must be an attainable number he can sell where he's not killing himself sorting screws while trying to make it with an innovative product. PL - rather than counting, try weighing them to get your counts. It's a lot faster...

Thanks for the advice. I've made some jigs that allow me to sort them out at an acceptable rate, so not too worried about that.
I really do want to offer screw kits to go with your order, problem is just knowing what screws work with what. You'd be shocked at how many customers DO NOT get back to me with what fasteners they have found to work. When I can get a comprehensive list together, I'll supe up the shopping cart with something like a pull down menu so that you can choose the binding you are using and Bam! the correct fastener kit makes it in your order. I'll also do a piece part option in case you know what fasteners you need and I don't.
For now..... If you need some fasteners hit me up at info@quiverkiller.com and I'll work with you on an individual basis.

Between sorting, counting and packaging, it must be tedious. But being able to do the kit thing seems like it would appeal to anyone who wanted a hand in their gear setup. Looking forward to the performance feedback.

There's actually a thing called a counting scale... it does the math for you.

Hey PL - I think there is an error in the Dynafit Comfort screws listed on your instrucion sheet.
There are no socket head scews in my Comforts or in my Verticals.
All 18 screws are all Flat heads.. . .

You shouldn't use socket head screws - the head is too small and the allen wrench size is different. Comforts and Verticals use identical toe screws, but different heel screws. Keep in mind that the toepiece requires a special flathead screw which has a smaller head than normal.
I put together a screw kit for Dynafit comfort or vertical on bindingfreedom.com, and incidentally, you can also buy small quantities of specific screws there (including the 'smallhead' type).

my bad. seemed to work. i'm gonna ski um. Really I need a button head for the rear on comforts? I was trying to do what was stock. The front seemed to take a standard flat head fine.

^^ If it works go for it!
I'd suggest button heads because they have a wider head and the same allen wrench as the flatheads.
I've found it nearly impossible to install the very front toe piece screw unless the head is smaller diameter. I guess your mileage will vary.

Can I run FKS and FT12s with these inserts?

Loon-
Totally depends on your alpine vs. touring BSL, and your sensitivity to mounting one forward or back a little.
go [ame="http://tetongravity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=153971"]here[/ame], download the paper templates for dynafit and FKS and see if you can get it to work with your BSL. Inserts should be installed no closer than 15mm center to center (preferably 20mm).
keep in mind the FT12's and FKS each have some adjustment in the heel, which can help the situation.

After printing out the templates and attempting to massage the holes at least 15mm apart I determend that I'm fucked and my idea of running both FKS and dynafiddles just aint gonna happen unless I mount one way forward and one way back. FUCK ME... I'm a little pissed. Stupid toe pieces grumble grumble grumble.
edit: is there anyone running inserts for dynafits and alpine binders other than markers?Last edited by Loon; 10-21-2010 at 06:38 PM.

^^^ i'm screwed too (in the toe as well).
a lotus 120 followed me home (so i'm not really screwed at all but ... ).
it's drilled for a jester (only), which definitely does not conflict with another drill for a dynafit.
i was hoping to throw in inserts for jesters and dynafits for a sweet double threat, but there are a number of holes in the toes that would be 14mm apart (CTC).
is that tooooo close?
i'm thinking so (i'm ~140# w/o gear).
the lotus are hybrids, could they take it? (i'm looking at you marshal and khyber.pass and jondrums and puderluder and others).
or should i just throw dynafits on 'em and call it a day as they will only be out on soft days anyway (even inbounds).
thought about sollyfit plates well but the added stack height/weight (not much weight, but still) has me going back and forth.
jong question: what is the lowest stack height solly (and how much rise)? In search of the elusive artic powder weasel ...

yuppers, my two favorite binders (in there respective catagories) are FKS and FT12s and I had high hopes of rocking them both on the same ski, but my dream was crushed.
Personally, I wouldn't even consider mounting inserts closer than these guys suggest.
same issue going back and forth with sollyfits now.
ok I'm done whinning like a bitch now.

Excited to announce that Puder Luder just became a sponsor of The Friends of Berthoud Pass.
Basically, we just donated a bunch of Quiver Killers, so look out at their up coming events for Quiver Killer raffles, auctions, give-aways, etc.
