just watched the abyss for the first time since the theater in 1989. the scenes between ed harris and gina from scarface were pretty intense at times. she plays a great frantic bitch. i was surprised how good it was and i forgot it was a james cameron flick until the end.

The room gets dusty for me if I so much as hear the Field of Dreams theme music. Up was brutal too. My late-60s in-laws asked to borrow it and I pretended not to hear them.

And you're definitely going to call me gay, but the scene towards the end of Brokeback Mountain where Heath Ledger finds his and Jake Gyllenhaal's shirts is gut-wrenching.

Immediately thought of this one. By far the biggest tearjerker I have ever watched. Just read the plot summary on wikipedia. I shouldn't do that at work.

Take your pick: when the sister goes over, the soldier says "take me instead", or when the son dies.

Can't watch it. I made it through Up and The Notebook, movies pretty much everyone I knew said would make me cry- nothin. Still can't handle that stupid movie though, dogs get me.
